Aranka CSARNAI

I studied finance and accounting at Budapest Business School, after that I have become a chartered certified accountant. I was an intern first at the company in 2014, I belong to the team full time since June 2015, performing tasks related to international projects. I like reading, gardening and discovering new places.


Boglárka BORBÉLY

I graduated from ELTE Faculty of Science majoring in geography and environmental studies in 2004. Few years later I got office manager NTR certificate. I worked several years in architect offices, real estate investment and utilization companies as receptionist, office, marketing and HR assistant and office manager. Since February 2012, I belong to the Hydea / AESA team and I gladly joined to international projects’ tasks too.

In my freetime I like hiking, playing board games with friends, playing basketball, or just writing the match protocol and reading a lot.


Borbála BRETUS

I obtained an international relations degree from the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2017, then I continued my postgraduate studies at Central European University. I also attend the Leadership Academy of Mathias Corvinus Collegium. My professional experiences include working for the civil sector, the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade. I joined AESA Hungary in 2018, where I am working with EC Framework Contracts, international development projects.  I like spending my free time with active leisure, travelling, sports or contemporary arts.


Miklós NÉMETH

I graduated as agricultural economist at Veszprém University Georgikon Faculty, after that I worked at Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Thereafter I worked for a Hungarian consulting company, which mainly dealt with monitoring and coordination of on-the-spot controls concerning EU funded projects. I joined the team of Hydea/AESA in 2008. My main responsibilities are: coordination of on the spot controls, evaluation of call of proposals and audit activities of international projects. In my spare time I do active (running; cycling) and passive sport activities (visiting sport events).


Sara SHABANI

Since graduating from the State University of New York in Thessaloniki, Greece with a degree in International Relations, I have spent time working as a project manager in Skopje, Macedonia and abroad (Brussels, Germany and Hungary) specializing in local governance for the countries of Southeast Europe and MENA region. I have broad experience and knowledge working with the following organizations and programs: EuroStat, EuropeAid, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), SIDA, SDC and Tempus programme.

I joined AESA Hungary full time in September 2017 in the International Department focusing on Framework Contracts.


Kornél VASS

I graduated as agricultural economist at Veszprém University, in addition I gained certificate for dealing with securities and also for public procurement expertise in 2008. I first had experiences concerning EU financial instruments at my first workplace, Zala County Development Nonprofit Ltd. After 2 and a half years spent party in Ireland and next at a commercial bank dealing with enterprises and financial investments, I joined the team of Hydea/AESA in 2007. Ever since I have been taking part in consultancy related to EU funded programmes. Over the years I have mainly dealt with control, quality assurance, evaluation, public procurement and audit activities. In my spare time (and for going to work) I ride my bike, spend the day in the nature with my wife and two daughters, watch basketball matches and read modern literature.


Rita VERMES

I studied international and diplomatic sciences in Italy at the University of Trieste and economics at Szent István University. In 2009 I attended a professional course on public procurement procedures. During the years I spent at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary as Membership officer I got in touch with Hydea. I’m working here since 2009, my main tasks are the administrative and financial management and the preparation of tenders from administrative point of view. I like to spend my spare time in the nature, especially under or above water.
