Team Composition: 

Key expert 1: Team Leader – Legal Expert

  • Qualifications and skills:  
    • Master's Degree in Law or similar; 
  • General Professional Requirements:
    • 12 years experience in the improvement of an institutional structure of vocational education training (VET) and higher education (HE);

    • Experience in registration, monitoring and evaluation systems and capacity building;

  •  Specific Professional Requirements:
    • 5 years of experience in similar projects (both theoretical and practical) in the legal and Institutional aspects of accreditation of research institutions and of internal & external quality assurance processes of doctoral studies;
    • Experience in writing assessment reports and in drafting rules in the educational sector;
    • 3 work experiences in conducting trainings in the areas of accreditation of research institutions and of internal and external quality assurance at doctoral studies level;
    • Asset: Experience working in Azerbaijan / Experience working with the Supreme Attestation Commission (SAC);

Key expert 2: Trainer

  • Qualifications and skills:  
    • Master's Degree in Law or similar;
  • General Professional Requirements:
    • 6 years of experience in the improvement of an institutional structure of vocational education and training (VET) and higher education (HE);
  • Specific Professional Requirements:
    • 3 years of experience in similar projects (both theoretical and practical) in the legal and Institutional aspects of accreditation of research institutions and of internal & external quality assurance processes of doctoral studies;
    • 2 work experience in conducting trainings in the areas of accreditation of research institutions and of internal and external quality assurance at doctoral studies level;
    • Asset: Experience working in Azerbaijan / Knowledge of Azerbaijani language / Experience working with the Supreme Attestation Commission (SAC);

Key expert 3: IT Specialist

  • Qualifications and skills:  
    • Master's Degree in Computer Science
    • Knowledge of Azerbaijani language
  • General Professional Requirements:
    • 6 years of experience in digitalisation of accreditation processes of research institutions;
  • Specific Professional Requirements:
    • 1 working experience in writing proposals on digitalization of the accreditation process of research institutions on a web-based platform;
    • Asset: Experience working in Azerbaijan.
