Team Composition:
35-50 working days
Qualifications and skills:
- University Master's degree or equivalent;
- 12 / 6 years of experience (depending on the position within the Team) in the evaluation field and rural development, agriculture, food security and fishery sectors;
Specific professional experience:
- Project and Programme evaluation experience with EU funded projects
- Programme and project design experience for international financing
- Knowledge of EU policies and PRAG in the field of agriculture and rural development, food safety, fishery, biological sciences, or agricultural economics sectors
- Knowledge of the Turkish context in relation to agriculture and rural development
- C1 level of English knowledge, Turkish is an asset
