Key Expert 1: Institutional Communication Specialist - Team Leader
- At least a Masters degree in a relevant field;
- 12 years of professional experience in institutional communication, including 4 years with public sector reforms;
- Experience (2 projects) in the design and/or development and/or implementation of communication strategies and plans internationally, in a developing context;
- Experience in developing a mass media communication strategy and in consulting with ministerial cabinets;
- Working proficiency in Arabic and French
Key Expert 2: Social mobilization Specialist - KE2
- At least a Masters degree in a relevant field;
- 12 years of professional experience in communication and/or social mobilisation, including 4 years with public sector reforms;
- Experience (2 projects) in the implementation of communication and social mobilisation plans for vulnerable populations internationally or in a developing context;
- Experience with focus group discussions in rural areas among illiterate populations;
- Working proficiency in Arabic and French
